Price List
Prices are per week and per unit and are dynamic i.e. they can be subject to varations.
They include VAT, daily cleaning (excluding kitchen and dishes), weekly change of sheets and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, use of washing machines in the laundry room, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, beach service (1 sun umbrella and 2 sun beds per apartment), 1 private parking in garage per apartment. Free available are high chairs for babies.
Minimum stay 7 days from 02/06 to 14/09; in other periods free arrival days and short stays are possible.
For stays up to 4 days, a surcharge of 25% is applied.
Services upon payment: breakfast buffet, bicycle rental, extra beds, baby beds and stroller.
Extra services
Breakfast: The service can be requested at apartment booking or on site, within 12am for the following day.
Continental breakfast buffet is provided.
The daily price per person is 12,00 Euro for adults, 6,00 Euro for children from 3 to 6 years, free for smaller children.
The breakfast room is open daily from 8.00 to 10.00am. In case of advanced booking you get 7 breakfasts at the price of 6.
Baby bed: 30,00 Euro/week
Bicycle rental: 5,00 Euro/day
Additional parking lot in the garage: 10,00 Euro/day
